 This program will provide guidance on reducing litigation risk for harassment claims and avoiding the retaliation trap. In FY 2006, the EEOC received over 22,000 retaliation charges, almost double the number of sexual harassment charges received that year.  In the wake of last year's Supreme Court decision in Burlington Northern, broadening the standard for retaliation claims, learn best practices for protecting your organization from employment lawsuits.
