Much Anticipated Proposed Revisions to FMLA Regulations Released

Transcript

Presented by ACC Employment & Labor Law Committee and Jackson Lewis LLP

The federal Family and Medical Leave Act recently was amended to grant eligible employees up to 26 weeks of leave to care for wounded Military Service members, and up to 12 weeks of leave to address
"qualifying exigencies" arising out of their family members' military service.

The Department of Labor also has issued proposed revisions to the Regulations implementing the Family and Medical Leave Act.  This session will review these new military family leave "entitlements" and explain some of the proposed changes that are likely to impact your company in
the near future.

ACC will not seek CLE credit for this webcast
