Outsourcing is frequently considered a panacea – a vendor promises that because of their experience, knowledge base, proprietary tools and systems, leverage with suppliers, etc., they can do what you do better and for less money. Unfortunately, it rarely seems to work out as well as it should.

Join us as for a look at some of the common, fundamental problems in outsourcing relationships, regardless of the industry or function being outsourced, and to suggest ways of structuring the relationship to increase the likelihood of success.
