Most all corporate litigation counsels are now generally familiar with the amendments to the Federal Civil Rules of Civil Procedure scheduled to take effect December 1, 2006. However, largely absent from the discussion is an assessment of the operational changes and enhanced process development companies must undergo to adapt to the new rules. This ACC webinar will discuss the practical effects of these rule changes and how they promise to impact existing practices concerning the records management and eDiscovery practices.
