Many nonprofit organizations have established complex organizational structures, with several subsidiaries and affiliated organizations, to maximize the scope of permissible activities under the tax exemption and other laws and legal principles.  This session will focus on the broad range of such affiliate organizations, how they are structured, and relevant legal issues.  Also to be addressed are chapter affiliations and business relationships.
