Webslides: Union Neutrality Agreements

J. Beyer Bio

M. Lotito Bio

Presented by ACC's Employment & Labor Law Committee and Jackson Lewis LLP

In the one year since the creation of the Change to Win labor federation, employers across the country have witnessed intensified union activism:  coordinated nationwide protests, industry-targeted organizing, PR campaigns, and the successful use of non-traditional means to recruit members.  How unions succeed in pressuring employers to agree to neutrality agreements, recognition on the basis of authorization card checks, and corporate campaigns will be analyzed in this webcast.  Participants also will learn how to develop strategies that anticipate and respond to these and other union tactics that are trademarks of the movement to unionize without NLRB elections.

ACC will not offer CLE credit for this program
