Presented by Worklaw Network

This “advanced course” in non-compete law will review the fine points involved in enforcing and avoiding non-compete agreements by attorneys who regularly litigate these issues, as moderated by in-house counsel in an industry dependent upon the information and relationships that non-compete agreements protect.  Along with the web-cast discussion and slides, participants will receive an extensive outline of the legal principles, with many case citations and statutory provisions from across the United States and a comparison of those principles to Canadian law.

ACC will not offer CLE credit for this program
